Desiree Lovell Fusco, Esq.
Desiree is the owner and managing member of Bondi, Iovino and Fusco. She is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. Desiree serves as outside counsel to our firm with regard to various matters concerning trusts, estates, probate proceedings and Surrogates’s Court practice. Desiree develops estate plans for her clients, including preparation of wills and revocable and irrevocable trusts; she handles contested and uncontested guardianships; and she can represent clients in any matter before the Surrogate’s Courts, including probate, administration, accountings, and kinship disputes. She is also regularly appointed by the local Surrogate judge as a Guardian ad Litem in estate proceedings, and she serves as a Court-appointed Referee in Supreme Court foreclosure cases. She regularly teaches seminars and serves on panels regarding estate and retirement planning.
